Support

Contact your Exaloop representative through your established support channel for installation, access, release, or application issues. A reproducible example and the active toolchain's diagnostics help distinguish application behavior from environment-specific failures.

For common import, library-loading, conversion, and performance-tool issues, start with troubleshooting.

Diagnostic Information​

A useful report describes the expected result, the observed result, and the smallest example that reproduces the problem. The following details help identify environment-specific issues:

  • Distribution release, operating system, and architecture.
  • The command that failed and its complete diagnostic output.
  • Selected SDKs and, for database integrations, the server version.
  • Whether the problem occurs consistently and whether an earlier release works.

For a configured target, exaloop --target NAME doctor --json includes its SDK and host-tool configuration. Profiling and optimization problems may also benefit from exaloop doctor --profiling or exaloop doctor --optimization.

Sensitive Information​

Diagnostics can contain local paths, connection strings, application arguments, or sample records. Credentials and customer data should be removed before sharing; a synthetic input that reproduces the failure is preferable to production data. Profiling reports contain function names and source paths, while optimization sessions also retain application output.

Documentation Feedback​

Documentation issues can be reported through the same Exaloop support channel. The page URL, relevant section, and distribution release help distinguish an unclear explanation from version-specific behavior. For an example that fails, the command and error message are useful alongside the page link.

Evaluating Exaloop​

For evaluation access or a new integration, contact your Exaloop representative or visit the Exaloop website. Share the workload, input formats, current performance, and intended deployment environment so the appropriate distribution and integration path can be identified.
